In traditional Focus Groups, participants share what they think they know and believe, including perceived needs as they understand them. In this unique service, I conduct our sessions in a way that generates content that's a product of the group process. Through this process, that which was previously inaccessible to the participants is brought into consciousness as information they did not know that they knew, and/or believed).
